We want you to love your Sonoma Bella Fedora and feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Hats must be free from makeup, perfume, or wear marks.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at vmethod2025@gmail.comΒ with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your hat for a different color or band style, please email us before sending your return. We’ll confirm availability and help you with the process.

Custom Orders
Custom hats, including those with personalized trims or embellishments, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vmethod2025@gmail.comΒ with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
